The value for money at this place was great! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been more varied.

Location very close to the port or the sky train. Also, quiet in a real Thai neighborhood...

Because of a problem with a double room we were upgraded and had a stylish room with their own style.

Lovely family run hotel, it offers wonderful breakfast and great-sized and nicely furnished rooms. The staff are amazingly attentive, everyone. Particularly good and decent location for visiting cafés and restaurants close to the venue. You can relax at Feed the Beast, located nearby.

The hotel is located in a secluded but nice neighborhood, away from the city center but close to public transportation like the BTS. The rooms have their own unique style and are equipped with nice ensuite bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized attention and service. The breakfast is amazing, offering a delicious Thai meal every day.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

I don't visit Thonburi district often, so it's good to stay at Focal Local and see this part of Bangkok. The area preserves the good old days of Bangkok. it flashed back lots of my old memories. The hotel is located in the middle of housing area where real local people are living. I like the idea of themed rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great time there.

We felt very welcomed . nice and clean r oom, with really nice atmosphere .we will come again to this place, it's like coming home in a big city. it's easy to travel by express boat or sky train . both station are just a few minutes by tuktuk.

Remote location near to restaurants, bars, street vendors, barbers and hairdressers, several 7-Elevens and one medium-sized shopping mall, it was in a nice enough area. Khlong San district was worth staying in.

The room had a King-size bed and a bunk bed, perfect for our group of 3 adults. We all slept comfortably! The themed rooms were beautifully designed and had flat-screen cable TVs. We loved the colorful decor. The variety of themed rooms catered to different tastes, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room's location allowed us to enjoy both local and city views, giving us a unique perspective. We had a great night's sleep in the comfortable guestroom, which had amenities like wireless internet and a mini bar.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in certain rooms. But I understand others might enjoy it.

Karan (owner) very helpful and nice- definitely gave some very good tips that made our stay easier. Location was a bit further away from mrt, but free tuktuk was provided - Therefore location was not a problem, could reach everything very easily. Delicious and filling breakfast. The room had a very nice design and was very comfortable (stayed in one of the bigger rooms). A computer was available in the common area - very comfortable on vacation. Definitely a good choice in Bangkok!!!

The room at Focal Local Bed & Breakfast is perfect for a small family or group of friends with its King-size bed and Bunk bed. The themed rooms are beautifully designed and each one has a vibrant and unique style. I loved the location of the room, as it offered amazing views of both the local surroundings and the city. The guestrooms are comfortable and guarantee a good night's sleep, with amenities like wireless internet and air conditioning.

Personally, I found the seating area in my room to be a bit small.

We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great advice on getting around this city. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and had a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearby transit stations. The breakfast options were fantastic and tasty. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Modern nicely decorated rooms where the common areas give you a touch of old bangkok. The owner himself does everthing to make you feel at home. We also enjoyed the little patio outside to relax after a busy day in the center.
